CALL FOR 2012-13 PATRONS

The MCP performance season includes four shows and runs from September through August.

To this point, MCP has been able to achieve our success by selective choice of shows to be performed and careful budgeting of expenses for each show. Our revenues have derived almost exclusively from box office receipts, augmented by three modest but highly-appreciated grants from the Arts Council of Fairfax County, several tons of volunteer elbow grease, and -- the past several seasons -- the generosity of MCP patrons.

MCP is pleased to report that through the generosity of our Patrons support, MCP recently has found a permanent storage and shop facility in Herndon, VA. To help us take the next step, your continued support will help MCP defray the monthly lease costs. We are hopeful that this will not only provide us with additional operating funds, but will also provide individuals in the Greater McLean community with a stake in our permanence and success. Your generosity and support will be recognized and much appreciated for this exciting season and for seasons to come.

Executive Producer ($1,000+)
Producer ($500-$999)
Director ($250-$499)
Leading Player ($100-$249)
Supporting Player ($50-$99)
Cast Member ($25-$49)

All Patrons will be acknowledged in the playbills for the season
All Patrons will be invited to attend all opening-night gatherings with the cast
Leading Players and Directors are entitled to two* complimentary tickets per season for shows(s) of their choice.
Producers are entitled to four* complimentary tickets per season for shows(s) of their choice.
Executive Producers are entitled to six* complimentary tickets per season for show(s) of their choice.

* Complimentary tickets can be split between shows.

Contributions to the Players are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. MCP is a 501(c)3 organization. Our Tax ID is 54-1653184.
